Harrison Sands are now partnering with one of Yorkshire’s premier suppliers of temporary staffing to hire an additional Recruitment Consultant for the Leeds city centre branch.
This is a 360 role- you will have the opportunity to supply to existing clients but especially during non-peak periods there will be an expectation for business development via phone and face to face meetings.
Day to day, the Recruitment Consultant will be involved in client site inductions and client support visits, advertising vacancies using job boards and social media (Facebook), screening candidates, shift booking and updating the CRM system accordingly.
Applicants must have a background in agency recruitment and have experience in sourcing and placing temporary workers. We are open to sector background, this will cover the warehousing, industrial and light commercial markets so experience of dealing with volumes of tepoirary workers will be prioritised.
All applicants must have a UK driver’s licence as travel to client sites for meetings and inductions is expected but all mileage costs are covered and you are provided with a free parking space in a safe car park in Leeds city centre.
This position is based in Leeds city centre Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm.
