Harrison Sands have a great new opening for an experienced Industrial Recruiter to develop their career into Branch Management over 2024. Our client has a small but established and performing Doncaster branch and is looking for a Senior Consultant to join as a second in command to the Branch Manager. The current manager in-situ will be progressing their career within this business over the year, so there is a direct route for the Senior Consultant appointed to work alongside them to train to become the Branch Manager as they transition their role.

The Senior Consultant will operate as a 360 Consultant but will be the core Business Development force in the branch, as the existing consultancy team are experienced and capable but are service focused.

Experience of working as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant is essential, as is a valid UK driver’s licence and the ability to commute to Doncaster Monday – Friday.
