Harrison Sands are hiring for an experienced education Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham-based client on a development desk, focusing on growing the secondary offering in the Black Country and surrounds. This is a vacancy-heavy area so will suit a Consultant looking for an upwards move to Senior status who enjoys candidate engagement and development and has strong skills in teacher attraction and management.
Given the developmental nature of this desk, our client are offering £500 commission guarantee for your first 6 months with the business and a 12% commission scheme.
They are a brilliant home for Consultants seeking flexibility and a grown-up, non KPI heavy environment allowing home working for consultants- 1 day per week for your first 6 months and 2 days per week thereafter, with availability to fit family commitments into your working day and ability to take 5 of your 30 days annual leave during term-time, with reduced working hours in school holidays.
