Our client, a well-established recruitment agency, is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their White Collar Temps Build division. This role is focused on sourcing and placing temporary professionals into key roles in the building and construction sector, helping clients maintain operational excellence across their projects.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in this division, you will specialise in sourcing temporary candidates for white-collar roles such as site managers, quantity surveyors, and estimators. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment solutions tailored to the building sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing: Develop and manage a robust talent pool of building and construction professionals for temporary positions.
  • Client engagement: Build lasting relationships with building contractors and construction firms, understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Full recruitment lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Compliance focus: Ensure candidates meet all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Performance targets: Meet and exceed monthly placement and business development goals.
  • Relationship management: Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recruitment experience: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the building and construction sectors.
  • Sector expertise: Knowledge of the challenges and demands of recruitment in the construction industry.
  • Relationship management: Proven ability to maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Compliance understanding: Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the construction sector.
