Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a growing Accountancy and Finance Temps team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the finance and accountancy sectors, understanding their unique staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary finance professionals
- Leverage recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find high-quality candidates
- Handle candidate onboarding, ensuring all necessary compliance checks (e.g., qualifications, right to work) are completed
- Build and manage a high-performing candidate pipeline for temporary placements, ensuring quick turnaround times for clients
- Achieve and exceed KPIs related to client acquisitions, placements, and overall business growth
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within accountancy or finance sectors, specialising in temporary placements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive approach to business development, with a passion for sales and client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the UK finance market, including roles, qualifications, and industry-specific compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced recruitment environment
