Salary and benefits: £27,000 – 35,000 basic salary + car allowance for Senior Recruitment Consultants, 24 day’s annual leave + your birthday off, 15% commission, additional quarterly and annual bonuses and structured career progression plan, free onsite parking.

We are hiring for an established regional agency supplying staff into the commercial, driving and industrial markets and due to ongoing success and expansion plans are hiring for 3 additional Recruitment Consultants, one from each discipline.
The role of Recruitment Consultant will take a 360 focus, so you will be responsible for business development within the Lancashire and surrounding area, growth of some existing clients as well as candidate sourcing, booking and management.
Experience required:
These roles will suit Recruitment Consultants or Senior Recruitment Consultants with at least 1 year experience working for a recruitment agency supplying into the commercial, driving or industrial sectors.
Ideally all applicants will have a valid UK driver’s license and must be able to commute to the Bolton offices on a Monday – Friday basis.
