Education Compliance Consultant

Harrison Sands are hiring for a thriving Leeds city centre based education recruitment specialist who require a Compliance Consultant to join their team, supporting their secondary education and SEN Recruitment Consultants.
What the position involves:
– Processing DBS checks for teachers and teaching assistants being onboarded to the agency.
– Reference checking new temps and updating the CRM database.
– Contacting agency workers via phone and email for information and qualification updates and DBS refreshers.
– Working in partnership with a small team of Recruitment Consultants to ensure that optimum service levels are always kept.

This position is based in Leeds Monday – Friday with 1 day per week working from home. You’ll be joining a high achieving team who have strong support systems in place and have a collaborative working style.
