About the Role

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch’s operations, with a particular focus on sourcing and placing candidates in industrial and driving roles. You will lead a dedicated team of consultants, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets in the industrial and driving sectors
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies while driving recruitment success
  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in industrial and driving industries, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that target both temporary and permanent placements, addressing the specific needs of industrial and driving clients
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze branch performance metrics, set clear objectives, and implement action plans to achieve growth and enhance service quality
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all recruitment practices meet industry regulations and compliance standards, particularly in safety-sensitive environments like driving

What we’re looking for

  • Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role within recruitment, preferably in the industrial and driving sectors
  • Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial staffing needs, driving regulations, and challenges in sourcing talent in these fields
  • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, delivering effective recruitment solutions tailored to their needs
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive branch success
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients and candidates
