About the role

As the Director, you will oversee all aspects of the agency’s operations, focusing on strategic development, client relationship management, and team leadership. You will play a crucial role in shaping the agency’s vision, expanding its market presence, and enhancing its reputation within the driving sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the agency’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs in the driving sector
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes while adhering to company policies and compliance standards
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the agency’s client base within the driving industry
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring ongoing professional development
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor agency performance metrics, analyse data, and implement action plans to achieve growth targets and enhance service delivery

What we’re looking for

    • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on the driving sector
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the driving sector, including regulations, challenges, and best practices in recruitment
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies that drive growth and improve overall performance
    • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with clients and team members
    • Results-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding organisational goals
