Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join their White Collar Perms Social Housing division. This role is focused on placing permanent professionals into essential roles within the social housing sector, helping organisations deliver excellent service to their communities.
About the Role
In this role, you will source and place candidates into permanent positions such as senior housing officers, tenancy managers, and compliance officers. You’ll work closely with housing organisations to provide bespoke staffing solutions for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing: Build a strong network of professionals for permanent social housing roles.
- Client relationships: Develop partnerships with housing associations and councils, understanding their long-term needs.
- Recruitment lifecycle: Manage the recruitment process from job briefs to successful placements.
- Market expertise: Stay informed on sector trends and demands to remain competitive in sourcing talent.
- Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and professional standards.
- Performance focus: Consistently achieve and exceed targets for placements and client acquisition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment expertise: Previous recruitment experience, ideally in the public or social housing sector.
- Sector knowledge: Understanding of the social housing industry and its recruitment challenges.
- Relationship building: Ability to create and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Communication skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs.
