Job Overview:
We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our client’s growing Industrial Temps team. You will be responsible for placing temp candidates in roles such as Warehouse Operatives, Production Line Workers, and Forklift Drivers. Your role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and managing high volumes of candidates for short-term and seasonal assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and place candidates in temporary industrial roles, ensuring all compliance checks (right to work, health and safety) are completed
- Maintain relationships with clients in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics sectors to understand their staffing needs
- Work on high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring rapid turnaround times
- Utilise job boards, social media, and local recruitment fairs to attract top talent
- Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into their temporary roles
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, including placements, new business development, and client satisfaction
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in industrial or high-volume recruitment is preferred, though we welcome candidates from other recruitment sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple roles at once
- Business development skills to grow and maintain a strong client base
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the industrial sector
