Our client is looking for a proactive and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join their Blue Collar Temps M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) division. This role focuses on sourcing and placing temporary mechanical and electrical professionals into key roles within the construction and engineering sectors.
About the Role
You will specialise in sourcing candidates for roles such as electricians, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, and mechanical engineers. You’ll work with leading firms to deliver flexible workforce solutions that meet their operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled M&E professionals for temporary roles.
- Client engagement: Work with mechanical and electrical contractors to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Recruitment lifecycle: Handle the entire recruitment process, including compliance and certification checks.
- Sector expertise: Stay informed about industry trends to remain competitive in talent sourcing.
- Compliance standards: Ensure all placements meet health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Performance-driven: Meet and exceed placement and business development targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment expertise: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the M&E sector.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of mechanical and electrical industry requirements and certifications.
- Client relationship skills: Proven ability to develop strong client partnerships.
- Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments effectively.
