Our client, a respected name in recruitment, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Blue Collar Temps FM (Facilities Management) division. This role focuses on sourcing and placing temporary facilities management professionals into essential roles that ensure the smooth operation of commercial and residential properties.
About the Role
You will focus on recruiting candidates for roles such as maintenance technicians, cleaners, caretakers, and groundskeepers. You’ll work with facilities management companies to deliver high-quality staffing solutions that keep their operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing: Build a strong pipeline of facilities management professionals for temporary assignments.
- Client partnerships: Develop relationships with FM firms to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Recruitment process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to successful placement.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet legal and professional standards, including health and safety regulations.
- Market knowledge: Stay updated on FM industry trends to source the best talent.
- Target achievement: Consistently meet and exceed business development and placement targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment experience: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in the facilities management or property maintenance sectors.
- Industry insight: Knowledge of the FM sector and its recruitment challenges.
- Relationship management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Compliance expertise: Understanding of legal requirements and certifications in the FM industry.
- Results-driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
