Job Title: Business Development Consultant- Logistics Recruitment
Harrison Sands have a newly created Business Development Management opening in Nottingham with our client, a national driving and logistics recruitment agency and provider of temporary staffing.

8am – 5pm working hours, 4pm finish on Friday.
Business Development Consultant- The Role:
- The role will see you travelling to client sites 2 days of a week, spending the remaining 3 days working from the office.
- Focus on client development calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Selling temporary recruitment services into the logistics and driving market.
- Responsible for sending client information packs, following up on client tenders and briefing the servicing and support team of client requirements.
- Some limited bookings fill work when the team are really busy.
Business Development Consultant- Requirements:
This is a client facing role ideal for someone with a proven background in face-to-face sales, or a 360 recruiter from a temps environment looking to specialise in business development.
Our client are Nottingham based, but cover the whole of the East Midlands and are looking for the Business Development Consultant to focus on further developing their client reach in Grantham and Newark, with a stable team of 5 to pass business back to for servicing.
Ideally, applicants will have a background in volume temps recruitment, and an understanding of the temporary recruitment process although we will consider applications from strong face to face sales professionals.
This will be part of a team of 6, all work collaboratively and in a non-corporate but quality driven environment!
