Salary and package: £35,000 – 40,000 basic salary/ commission based on all generated activity, company car, mileage, 25 days annual leave, commission payment on all generated branch profit.
Job details:
- The Regional Sales Manager will act as a main business development force for this agency within Liverpool, The Wirral, Runcorn and the Merseyside area, this involves face to face client meetings, cold calling, sending information packs and negotiating terms of service.
- Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the Recruitment Consultants in the office to follow up leads, pass on qualified clients and business requirements, with commission being earned from all filled business you generate.
- Responsible for business mapping, ongoing client relationship build, leading all branch sales activity and communicating the quality of service provision to all potential clients.
- Expected 3 days running regional business meetings and 2 days in the office. Driving license essential.
Experience required:
- A background of working in a Business Development role within volume temps recruitment (ideally driving, if not industrial or engineering), we will consider applications from 360 Senior Consultant looking to focus on sales only.
- Proven success of developing ongoing client relationships within the recruitment industry.
- An understanding and knowledge of the Merseyside geography and ability to drive to client meetings on a weekly basis.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, expected 2 days in the office and the remaining 3 used to book client visits. No on call.
